Whether you’re an individual or couple dealing with sexual health challenges, trauma recovery, or issues like infertility, postpartum, and Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), I’m here to guide you with evidence based expertise and compassion.


My practice also extends to supporting individuals including teens that are navigating complex emotional landscapes, blending compassion with guidance to help you achieve your fullest potential.Together we can transform your struggles into strengths, where insight meets empathy for lasting change.
