She works with individual and group formats. Lisa specializes in trauma, dissociation, and anxiety. She is trained in EMDR and Brainspotting. 


Lisa continues to pursue education and training in evidence-based interventions to provide the safest environment and promote healing within the context of attuned presence.

    Lisa has been married to her husband Tom for 28 years. They have two adult children.


    In her free time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, knitting, crocheting, macrame, research, reading, and writing. 


    Lisa’s previous career of 27 years was in pastoral ministry where she honed leadership skills such as teaching, mentoring, and deep listening that benefit her as a counselor.

She is currently a doctoral student in Clinical Counseling Teaching Supervision at Trevecca Nazarene University.
